Continuing on a flood theme ..... where is this spot?

On the day we arrived.



The following day & pretty much the same spot - after a really wild night in which 2 storm cells came together directly above us the river flowed for the first time in 6 years.



We got to know the place pretty well as we were trapped there for 7 days until the waters went down.
We also felt privileged to meet these little guys who only appear following a heavy rain, the rest of the time they live underground.



We made the most of things & enjoyed the experience.



And eventually the waters went down enough for us to get out.
