My patrol swab didn't come with any manuals but I have checked the vin plate & can't find the model written on there either.
All I can say is I was told its an 86 & it has the rectangular headlights.

I think this is a pretty good/informative website.

There is very little difference between a MQ & Mk
Spring are different, head lights, turbo d, 5 speed box.
