Proud former owner of a 1997 White GQ TD42 Patrol Cab Chassis with an after market turbo, now with over half a million k's and still going strong, that's had a heart transplant and now not owned by me
I was in there today and have the catalogue here. the Bucket mats set of 4 for $19 is a Bargain. The Seat Covers for the front 2 seats for $29 is also a Bargain for Heavy Duty seat covers. Winner!
Someone looking for a cheap UHF for the car at $99 you cant go wrong! The tyre repair kist for $14 is cheaper than buying the refills for my ARB kit! might buy some spares![]()
Its a Nissan! =====> Its a Keeper!! ....... Got a TD42 in it BONUS!!....... I'm a lucky bugger! I've got 2 of em!
Check out my Toy --> MudRunnerTD's GQ From the Ground Up
The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.
WARNING: Towballs used for recoveries can, and do kill people and damage property.
I just saw Maxtrac type things for $119 a pair somewhere,
HD seat covers sound good at that price, are they canvas ???
Bummer seat covers are for driver and 1.5seat might have to haggle
no good for two buckets
Also if buying these bucket style mats be aware of "mat lag"
this is where the high lip of the mat gets trapped under the throttle pedal,
thus creating "mat lag" lol

04 ST 3lt auto, not enough Mods to keep me happy, but getting there
It says for the seat covers available for Bench Or Bucket seats only so i assume you can get a pair of Buckets. I dont think they will be canvas at $20 but a Strong Nylon type. I have had something similar in teh GQ for 7 or 8 years and they are great.
Also on the Mat Lag.... I have cut the drivers side bucket mat around the accelerator peddle and the clutch foot rest and it sits perfect without any mat lag.

I've got rubber deep dish mats and have also cut around the footrest and accelerator... No problems.
Only problem is.....we're all gonna be in the bush!

TD I saw different brand maxtrax for sale in the annaconda fathers day catalogue sale . They also had some real neat looking alloy extendable tripods for mounting lights and things on , worth a look .
The price of excellence is dicipline , the cost of mediocrity is dissapointment .
