Just got word that my intercooler has been sent. Same with a new 120A alternator from patrolapart.

Booked in with diesel tec for the tune on the 20th of this month! He said he will do pump timing and everything and should cost between 4 and 5 hundred dollars.

Got the 120A alternator on tonight so that's one less thing to worry about. Still keen on getting rid of the 2nd alternator though.
