    The HID's give great light, but they never seem to be trouble free .... they must be really good to be worth it.

    Each to their own.

    Standard lights also cause numerous problems.

    I know everything can stop working, but all the guys I know that were running HID's are now all back to +50 Halogens and the like, as they got sick of fiddling all the time with them.

    Disclaimer: They could have been cheapo kits, as I never asked the boys how much they cost .....
