Cracking up at a story of a mate sticking it to his electricity supplier. They hadn't sent a bill for seven months, and then tried to charge him a heap of late fees. The operator was getting narky at him and reminded him the call was being recorded, so he told her, he was recording it as well, for the ombudsman. Her attitude changed immediately, and he ended up with an apology and talked his way to a $330 discount.

I managed to mirror the company site and re connected the SQL development database onto the main php dev site from code that someone else designed!!! Huge victory and now I'm drinking beer celebrating... Lol
