Sent an email of to a company last night because one of there products I bought from our local shops last week had mould growing in it a week later mind you the best before date was the 24th of October!
Told them I was very unhappy with there product in the nicest possible way ( after a few beers )
Got an email back today asking for my address so they could replace the mouldy goods and send me some other samples
Now that's customer service

Got a freebie vehicle recorder camera (iGo Cam 300) from Uniden in the mail today. It was part of the deal when buying my UHF radio on ebay, send in purchase details to uniden & they send you one of their cameras. Have just bought a 32gig micro Sd card on ebay to put in it. Powered from cig lighter socket, but has built in rechargeable battery which allows up to 45 minutes use unplugged.
