Put a chain around what you reckon your half.I remember my brother was owed money once he put his truck as far under this blokes carport and then just lifted the tipper.Yes he got in the sh!t but it was funny to watch.
you could always file a claim in the courts,if it under 5 grand no lawyer and the judge is the mediator,usually once this happens they pay.
Or you could put there address up here so we know who it is,nothing will happen to there carport honest

Apparently she is going to talk to her husband and come back to me but f that we agreed and I will get my money or I will cut the patio down f em I hate c$@ts like this it wasn't an easy job either the existing patio (flat)was 60mm out of square over 9m and I had to pitch it and make it look good so it didn't have a massive twist in it. Done that added a bit more on that they wanted to go around a corner for no extra cost and now they are trying to screw me out of more money.

Thinking about just cutting it back down. I think I need a drink. I ll have one of them and build my daughters tramp and try and relax
