"Shift work" good fun. Must be tough on the body and family. I'm glad I'm only on straight night shift, only one thing to adjust to not always trying to catch up.

Its not to bad.. every 3rd weekend is a long one.. I love nights, apart from no sleep, arvos are good because I can sleep, but I see the family more on these shifts than I do days..

Yeh not wrong there I pick the kids up from school every day and get to spend the whole arvo with them until they go to bed, I get a bit less sleep than I would on day shift but once adjusted its all good. When I was on day shift I would leave before they were up and get home just before the young one went to bed most nights.
