is ther much servicing to do on tb45e motors

Apart from the obvious engine oil and filter, air filter and fuel filter, valve clearances, spark plugs, timing, coolant, and belts. TB45 has an electronic ignition system so there are no ignition points.

is it fuel injected seems to be injectors on the intake manifold with a fuel rail and pulse wires running to them

Fuel Injection is very well designed, and leaves the injectors are very expensive.
