Watching that bloke on the news in his Prado attempting the river crossing with the current raging the way it was ... and the stereotypical morons out there instantly condemning the whole 4x4 community for being stupid.

What got my blood boiling more is there were or STILL are 2 dogs left in that prado. I know it was unsafe to at least attempt to break the windows or something so they can swim out or... I don't know my heads hurting just thinking about that story.

There's a group of guys going out tonight that I've been out with a few times and I can't go because I've got my road tyres on. My next tyres are going to be KM2s and they will be worn all the time!

I need a daily driver. My poor, low km TD42 will be racking up those bitumen kms like nothing!
    It only takes me 10mins

This story has really peed me off too, that's a crossing I've done many times and is a place I frequented before the fire damage. What made it even worse is that THE PLACE IS CLOSED OFF due to fire damage! I hope he gets the recovery bill, his insurance will not cover him as he is not allowed to be there. Helicopter bills aren't cheap!
I know a bloke who broke through the gate locking off the area and camped at Little O'Tooles for the long weekend..... he said every camp site was full by the end of the weekend. He got fines for all types of things by park rangers

I really have a major dislike for a particular Perth cab driver and company right now..... the missus was on a works night out, so obviously had a few drinks and truth be known had a few too many, anyway she got a cab form Subiaco, coming along the Graham Farmer freeway, she said to the driver can you please pull over, I think I might spew. So he pulls over on the Belmont Race Course intersection, she gets out of the car, she spews, he gets out of the car and accuses her of soiling his car (and admittedly I can only go by what she tells me but............ ), he orders her to pay him $20, then he get back in the car and fecks off!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Leaving her stranded after midnight...... she calls me to let me know what's happened but im too far gone (drunk) to drive especially with 3 kids in tow...... luckily, might say very luckily a car with 2 young girls stop and ask if she's OK and end up giving the missus a lift home.

Needless to say, I am feckin livid, unfortunately the missus didn't get the drivers number or rego number......... but I've been on the phone to the cab company to voice my opinion, oddly enough they reckon they're not able to tell which cabby was at the taxi rank at the time she caught a cab, have also been in touch with main roads WA, to see if they could get CC TV coverage (would you believe not all of the so called cameras are actually in operation). I asked the cabinet about their onboard cameras that they have on cabs now now, they tell me that is a department of transport thing and only they have access.......... I,m fuelled by a few beers and a bottle of vodka, so that probably doesn't help the situation but I tell you what.... if I ever find the prick, I won't be leaving him by the side of the road......... I'll be dragging him by my bastard snatch strap!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have just re read my post and I apologise in advance for the rant but I'm not gonna delete the fecker!!!!!!!!.

You should be Pissed off by that, what a a$$hole of a driver.
Leaving a lady stranded like that, especially when she has had a few is bloody irresponsible and dangerous for her.
I would keep at them and make sure she gets an apology, they would be able to tell who it was if they really want to.
Even if she did soil his car he is not allowed to leave her stranded.
If you don't get some sort of satisfaction shame them and give them bad advertising.
I know its not the company but the driver but they have to be responsible for their drivers.

Mate if you don't get far I'd be pushing.. that's total BS. When you jump in the cab and that meter starts rolling they are contracted to you.. your paying the basterds to do a job. And that job is to get you to your requested destination in a safe, reliable manner..
Not dump you half way there because you were sick..

    What a half wit..
