Gu8 should have captive nuts and be good for the folded one. That's what I have on mine.
2012 GU8 Polar White Auto ST Patrol, Factory Bull bar, Scangauge 2, EGR blanked, Milford cargo barrier, Outback ideas recovery points, Micks retrofit HID 3 inch projectors with Osram bulbs and 55w ballasts, GME TXE3420, Sidewinder dual battery with monitor, Windcheetah 2.0m alloy rack, Suspension Stuff 2" Flexy lift with SS Monotubes, MT ATZ 4 ribs 265/75R16 on black Dynamic rims, Custom rear draws with fridge slide.
Hi Threedogs. Can you please send me pricing and payment details for a pair of front recovery points for my GU IV ZD30 (has thread on both sides). Delivery to Hastings, VIC.
So I tried installing mine today. Had a bit of trouble getting the bolts and old hook off. But I did eventually with the help of an impact wrench. But now that I've got them out, 2 of them the won't go back on with or without the new recovery point. Any ideas of what I should do?
Sent from my GT-I9305

Would this be the right one?

Yes that the one, don't forget to back cut as you do it.
meaning start cutting thread then reverse your action you will feel it cut
any steel off then screw a bit more and back cut,
keep going till all the way through . don't lose tap in chassis.
basically just take your time
