    Depending on what your using the paint for even from new Nissan colours where never close matches off the machine especially there metalics. If you just want a touch up pen there available from Nissan but if you want actual paint then go to an automotive paint shop. Big panel shops and most paint shops now have Specrometers for matching paints pretty close even metalics now so they can get it pretty close without to many dramas. The specros may come up with a match for a Mazda or Merc colour that actually suits your car closer then Nissan too. lol

    As mentioned above we also have water based base coats here but they don't sell that over the counter as it's no good for back yard work as the paint area has to be very clean. It will dry however without a booth but gets contaminated easy and requires tradesman who have been trained in water bourne paints to apply it as old style painting goes out the window when appling these type of paints.
