sounds like Nissan had a good weekend v's toyo.. I had a good win to on Sunday in the sand against a d4d prado...
Nice car was you got there...

I finally got around to sorting the dreaded patrol electric window issue..
Pulled all the doors apart, pulled switches apart, cleaned all the contacts and they all now work again..

It was a very enjoyable day Kallen, actually got them to admit they were impressed. Haven't tried sand yet but it's on my list, will have to go to one of the local lakes as we have very limited beach driving here.

Come for a treck over here. Only a few hours on the road and plenty of beach to enjoy...

At the start of this week I lent my troll to my son as a daily driver. He checked the oil and water this morning and gave me a quick call to say that he had found a gasket, still wrapped in plastic, in the engine bay!

Had all my turbo gaskets replaced a few weeks ago and they told me there was one missing, and ordered a new one, + freight. I wonder if the one my son found is the one that was 'missing'?

I'm still trying to decide if it accidentally slipped from the mechanic's hands, out of sight and was an honest mistake, or whether they 'forgot' to put it in. Either way, I'm gunna be fronting the mechanic.

    I'm not a happy chappy.

threedogs what is that headunit and how much/where did you get it from? Looks like a pretty mint bit of gear!

Today I bought a uhf aerial mount, so tonight in a couple of hours I installed/wired the uhf unit, installed the aerial and hooked it all up, Will give it a test tomorrow but it turns on at least!

    Cheers.
