Thanks guys. Gotta go to the wreckers tomorrow to find another steering wheel, and this thread had just what I needed to know.

1989 GQ LWB Wagon, TB42 Petrol/LPG Auto. Bought Dec 2010
patch697 (4th October 2011)
My steering wheel is falling apart so I will be in the market sooner rather that latter so I have a couple of questions
A. Are the n13 and n14 model numbers or some type of part number?
B. Does the smaller wheel cover the instrument panel?
Thanks
What would you be if you were attached to another object by an incline plane wrapped helically around an axis?
Screwed.
I want to get an aftermarket steering wheel that has same dimensions as the stock wheel so I can easily access the blinkers/wipers as usual. Should I get a deep dish one, semi dished or flush? The deep dish ones I saw on ebay have 50mm of dish but when I measure the stock wheel from the base to the wheel handle it's about 110-120mm because of the thick chunky part behind the wheel. Will the boss kit take up this space?
