Has anyone had experience with these units ? The fridge is thermostatically controlled by a fan with cool air from the freezer. Like the Waeco dual zones these models only have the single compressor. Opinions appreciated.

We have the 59L and love it works well. We did a two week trip and had all our meat and never had an issue, come home with a 1.5 kg roast and was still frozen solid.
One of our best investments

Just scored a brand new 80L combi with transit bag for $1727. Hopefully pick it up Tuesday. NO more eskies!!!! I also have a 32L Engel and the wife wants me to sell it but i think I'll keep it for day trips...
mate should see if you can get a waeco they are selling old models i got a 60 ltr for $600-700 with a bag and the last time they changed modles i got a 80ltr for $900bargin!
mudski id deffinetly keep that for a day tripper or on big trips food in the 80 and drinks in the 30 so you dont keep opening the 80ltr
Yeah I think I will. Waeco abeit cheap, I would only buy Engel for the soul reason my 32L is about 12years old and has not missed a beat. Not saying a Waeco can't do that but its proven an Engel can.
