hi wild, if you internet is slow i can suggest a few things. first off tho are you on cabled ADSL? or the telstra wireless?
either way, goto: http://www.speedtest.net run a speed test and post your results back on here so i can check them for you.
it depends on what the result is, but if you are getting poor internet speeds on all websites, and the results agree, you may have a line fault.
anyway, post up some results and ill get back to ya

haha its a relic of the old days, just like disk cleanup, they are still there and they make people feel better about doing somthing when their computers running slow but esentially they are obsolete
