Theyre concerned im too good for what they want (im not blowing my own trumpet either, be good if i could hahahaah) and that they may not meet my expectations. basically i work for a teir 1 builder who set the benchmark for ohs within in construction here and overseas. The mob im talking too are about 10 rungs on the ladder below us, but do have high expectations re ohs from their employees on site, but havent got anyone with the balls to "motivate" the lads.
