    This is my custom rear bar now painted hamertone black after being sand blasted and fully welded not just stitched like in the photo. was already on the gq when i bought it

    It would spoil the look, and perhaps this was never intended to be used for towing, but rather for recovery, but that loop under the centre of the hitch receiver appears to be for attaching safety chain. I'm too creaky in the joints to enjoy using that, I suspect. Access to the pin also looks doable. As I said above, anything that would make access easier would spoil the look, and the trade off makes sense.

    Its simpler too!
    the bloody ARB ones are very complex to install.. took me two days.
    but at the time i coulnt find anything better...

    I actually like my ARB one...
    Might have something to do with the good price I got it for plus the legend of a man I bought it off helped me fit it in about an hour...

    A member from Sth America made the bar , pretty sure ,,,
    he also made another with NISSAN laser cut in it . Again very neat
