New Patrol in Dubai Close Up Pic

Just got home from OS and spent a few days in Dubai. Did the 4x4 desert tour. Unfortunately dominated by TOYota's there where a few Brand new Patrols out there. Having no issues in the soft extremely hot sand and ever hotter desert. 48 degrees





Could not get a decent pic of the this one but this was done up in Dubai Fashion. Big wheel,every window fully tinted and with a pretty decent front bar and big LED light bar. (But no pic's) Even the Front of the Emerites shopping Centre main entrance there was about 5mil Aus dollar's of Ferrari,Audi,Merc

not sure there is anything I like about this car that makes it a Patrol.... Spare tyre underneath, Rear bars are going to be a nightmare to make and fit, no barn doors (and to make it worse no split rear door). Sound a lot like a cruiser to me.....

Plus thats a lot of plastic to cut off to fit a bullbar, and X2 for the rear bar, not my cup of tea, motor looks ok

Agree with all of the above,but it had no worries in the soft sand flogging around the Dunes at a cracking past. I have some footage and will upload later.

Yeah i wanna see one with bar work, winch and centipedes up to its guts in mud! Aaaaand i wanna here that v8 roaring its head off with a tweak up, exhaust and maybe a turbo or two! (no doubt ill get my wishes on youtube in the future)
