Just to bring it to everyones attention, but if you look in the patrols for sale thread, you will see an influx of gu's for sale.
It is my bet, that the peeps selling these gu's, are UPGRADING to gq's.

noway the reason would be more like they cant afford the fuel for two vehicles
thinking petrol is cheaper

I reckon the GQ's are an awesome vehicle but one thing I can't understand is why every GQ owner keeps upgrading their parts to a GU. Wouldn't it be the other way round it GQ's were the best????? right

I don't think it's words Roofy, it's just pure simple truth mate. Most great GQ's have GU gear in them.....ahh well what can I say the truth is in the pudding ...BWAHAHHAHAH

I hate to say it but there are 2 GU's at the local doctor getting gearbox rebuilds, no GQ's to be seen.

Now if a GU had a GQ gearbox it might almost be a Tuff Truck,(Dons Flame Proof Suit)

But way better than a Tojo, there a five here waiting to see the doctor.

Toughest?? from current experience gotta go GQ - lost count of the landcruisers my old GQ pulled out - who am I kidding, I haven't lost count, just run out of room on the tally sheet lol
