    home brew into kegs, Pearcey, yummo.

    I've done the old style into bottles, most recently PET bottles, but a mate does the keg thing.

    I don't understand why, but the carbonated keg way seems to give drinkable beer as soon as it is cold, while secondary fermentation in the bottles, I reckon takes 6+ weeks to take the 'greenness' out of it.

    I s'pose I don't need to understand why to enjoy it :-)

    Had a couple of HB Coopers pale`s with a dash of lemon in it yesterday at a mates. They had been left in a cool dark cellar for about 8 months and were superb.
    By the way the lemon was added at fermentation
