    I should of set it up better. There's a function on the forum to manage this but I went about it the wrong way and did it manually.

    All I can do now is just check the bank account for the last 12 months....lol....I don't think anyone is due for renewal until a few months from now.

    I should of changed it to run through the forum but it requires Paypal and a lot of people here may not use Paypal.

    If I may make a suggestion.......Make the renewal date 30 June or 01 July, ever year. Easy date to remember........end or beginning of financial year.

    That way you could get most of the money or in one hit, so you can pay for your overseas trip or put it into your offshore bank account... PML. I am kidding, of course. lol

    You may also prefer just to have it filtering through throughout the year? Dunno how it works, but that's my 2c worth.

    I would much prefer a set date for sure....

    As Roofy mentioned most would be around September so I could just set everyone to renew near the end of the year to make it easier.

    I think the labour involved in monitoring, emailing, checking, reminding, etc all throughout the year will just kill me and not be worth it sometimes.
