as glow plugs get old and start failing the factory system doesn't glow them long enough to start the car.
And could also be because of other failures like the glow control unit.
It's a simple cheap fix to glow issues basically but a nightmare if you bump it obviously lol.
Glad it's all fixed.

I had an old 720 Nissan Ute that had to get this switch fitted. Did not even think of it sorry!
