Gq. Rails are different in gu, but nothing that can't be slightly modified
I put VY in my GQ and as you an Scotty mentioned is a straight swap, they do touch the centre consol and b pillar and can be a pit of a pain in the arse catching the seat belt

not sure for the GU. i have seen vz seats in them, but you would need to fabricate runners. i am pretty sure, doing this, you would need to get them engineered??
