Today I got instructions how to use a test light to check the ecu signal for the lockup converter. Only problem is I don't know where the ecu is! Lol. Its on the passenger kick panel somewhere right? Is it inside the cab or in the engine bay?

Under the carpet at your feet in the passenger well mine was - lift the carpet up underneath the glovebox and shazam ... There it is.
That it is mate and when I become clever enough I'm going to move it to higher ground coz the buggah doesn't like getting wet......... Daft place to put it if you ask me lol
I think the one in the kick panel in Lucas' will be the TCU for the automatic transmission
