So the Official NRL season Kicks off this weekend, Who's everyone's money on for the 2012 Premiership? I'm originaaly from NQ, so I'm going for the Cowboys! I went to the trial match against the Dragons over here a few weeks back and even without some of their key players, they were very dominant.

Indeed! I have been anticipating the start of the season. Because I grew up in Qld, I'm not a huge fan of AFL(mostly cos I don't really understand it), and that's all they play on the Tele over here! So this Friday night will be a date with the couch, a carton and Fox Sports!

Sounds like you have the same broadcasting issues as we do over here in Perth. They do televise a couple of games over the weekend, but it's usually at some ridiculous wee hour of the morning...
