Thought I would start a thread for the 1212 super 15 rugby.
Starts this weekend with team the QLD REDS against the NSW . And I love these battles.

Open discussion on all games.
I hope there are some rugby nuts on this forum like myself.
I'm pumped I have got my season tickets for the 15 time and ready for the REDS to back up there premiership. Lets go it a long season wooooohooooooow

Born and bread AFL but my old man loved his rugby and we were die hard QLD fans back in the 80's...lol

More then happy to watch QLD V NSW any day.

Yep, AFL through and through. Rugby reminds me of British bulldog we use to play at school. No offence guys but the game don't make sense to me. CARN the BLUES.(Carlton)

Week 1 nearly over, looks like i'm the only Rugby supporter on this forum so this will be my last post and this thread can get lost in after life of the internet...

The Mighty Reds with there never say Die attitude shut the NSW Tar's up in the last second try with Dom Shipperley humiliating 5 defenders and scoring a 60m try untouched.....

The start of the season started well for the rest of the comp with the all the top teams in each conference winning there games, but not without out a fight just like the Reds.. So it looks like it will be a good season.... And if the REDS get back into the Finals I could be heading to NEW ZEALAND or SOUTH AFRICA but it would be nice to win a home GrandFinal again....

Go the Reds. Season ticket holder for this year. Saddest thing is I miss the (Reds v 'tahs) live due to work and first home game, I'm off to the Apple and Grape in Stanthorpe. Oh well, plenty of pubs with Foxtel and hopefully catch up with a few of the old Stanthorpe Kookaburra's.
