No mate, lost a bit of interest in the VW scene once I stopped working on the dub, due to time constraints.
There has been some serious work done to some street cars over the last 5 years or so.
I'm seriously thinking of putting a 2.5 L Subaru motor in it, to make it a reliable, hassle-free, daily driver.
I have a 1969 Corvette and a 1972 VW Super Beetle. Actually, I had them, as I gave them to my dad for "safekeeping."
Incidentally, cool little VeeDub, Astro.
Does a 1950 A50 count?or a 1967 VE Valiant? What about a 1966 F500 Truck?
