    Egr

    Hi all im wanting to block off my EGR is there any other mods i need to do after i have blocked it off.

    Hi Mate, It depends on the motor you have, but blocking the EGR isn't the end of it for the ZD30.
    If you do a few searches on here, you will find all you need to know.

    Hi Mate,
    You will need a Dawse needle valve to set the boost, Egr block off plate, PYRO gauge and a catch can if you want to do the job properly.
    I would also clean out the inlet manifold and throttle body and remove the butterfly from the intercooler.
    A boost gauge is a thing you should fit also.
