hey dogman why not brew with less sugar say 350 grams ,it gives final alc 3% then if your diabetic use drying enzime from brew craft put it in at the start
alot cheeper than buying the stuff
although coles staff were given a voucher as there x mas bonus for a blond beer made in N.Z. $25 a carton max 10 cartons yep i got 10

1for father inlaw
1 for brother inlaw
1for nephew
the rest for me
not a bad drop
