ha ha nice. Late nights and early mornings are part and parcel of a good tripSo wheres the condamine? -(i know nothing of the east coast of aus!) What sort of tracks are there?

South East Qld is the bit we drove on, the Condamine River is part of the Murray - Darling system - but where we were was a pretty little stream through the hills - kinda inland from the Gold Coast.
Track was pretty easy - it could get dangerously deep, or super muddy in parts, but they close it before that happens

where the track itself was muddy, it just had slop on top of a firm base - there were options off to the side that looked like the slop was a fair bit deeper.
