    How to wind boost up on 2.8 td 99 patrol ? i got no idea

    Does it have a boost controller? If not, that's what I think you'd need.

    No i dont have boost controller how do i install that. i need to raise PSI to cool down me exhaust temp ?

    A Turbosmart manual controller cost me about $75 (can get cheaper ones I think). A link below to show how it's done - very easy, but just make sure it goes on the right way - careful not to throw too much boost into it, but have a lash and see what you think ..
