mate it was a killer one i was sweating all the alcohol out of my system and along with that i must have flushed all the salt out with it and yeah started to cramp up happens to me all the time cause i sweat so much when im w..w...w..ing

yeah mate get 4 weeks a year but all get used up to take time off looking after the young uns.............. I'm on salary, so get no extras......... no overtime (even though I do it), no bonuses etc etc but I'm not complaining far from it..........
