yeah i know the feeling mate i went 3 weeks with absolutly no w..w...w.. and then im flat out and no time to stop for a week solid 6 days just about killed me I just sat ......all day on sunday i was that sore i could hardly move i had a cramp in my calf mussle in my sleep i thought my leg was gunna explode i woke the missus during the cramp annd she turned on the light and my leg was swollen up like a balloon and the veins were popping out and the mussle was rock solid .......Ive had plenty of cramps in my time but this was defineatly the worst of all
