    Cool Radio cd ? Dvd

I took my unit out (original nissan) I tried fitting a sony I had, and cut the wires etc, It fits great but was not working, So I need to buy a new one and have priced a few this one A.Bluetooth Mobilephone Charge Anti-shock Auto Memory Store Car Audio Player 9035
    web is http://www.starzmart.com/Bluetooth-M...ayer-9035.html
Or one from supercheap Sony Bluetooth/MP3/CD Player - MXBT2950 at http://www.supercheapauto.com.au/onl...09#Description
I am open to other suggestions, the bluetooth seems to push up the price, and Im not sure if this guarantees mobile coonnectivity, Then there is dvd that would be nice with a screen on the cieling, for thos long nights in the bush! Like to here about what others have and done. Skip

I just installed this one in my GQ:

Works like a charm (ISO-connector was already there, luckily) for cheap (at least here in Western-Europe) and with USB-support you can just fill up a USB-stick with all your fav music and stick it in. The aux-in is also an option, for using your car-radio with other audio-playing devices (portable DVD-devices for example).

It doesn't have bluetooth by itself for using your phone handsfree, but I believe there's a separate bluetooth-adapter available for this radio to make that happen.

trouble with the gqs is the radio is down low and cant be seen easily gear shifts are in the way for viewing
what i did in mine was put in a single din with retractible face then it is higher and can be seen
make sure it has the adjustment for angle and slope so as can be set at correct angle and stops so as not to hit the dash
this was in my old gq ti 1995

Crikey, ama2ing! Do you know if it will fit in the space in GQ without getting belted by the gear stick? Then again, might put it in the rear and let the nipper drive it :-)

yeah, me too, I suspect either the transfer case lever would get in the way, or I'd have to drive around in low 4 permanently :-)
