some timea better with 2 different floor heights is to put ply under the floating floor with the height difference as the thickness

i shoulda chatted ya before i started ive used like a tiling screed had to go 15mm down to zero over about 400mm, got there in the end but took lotsa cussing an carry on hahahahahahhahahahaha
