Nope - you're right - it's just the cvs themselves that are interchangeable ... the axle shafts are longer on the GU's - thanks boss!!

Well, I've been very quiet on the engine front on here, but long and short of it is that Tank goes in on Monday to have the engine ripped out and the new turbo jobbie put in - will be running on LPG to start with until we sort the petrol setup properly, but even so, will end up with a comfortable 170-180 kw's at the rear wheels ...

Once the petrol is sorted and tweaked, and the right intercooler setup is selected an installed, I should be looking at about 220 rear wheel kilowatts ... plenty of berries either way!!!

I'm away whilst the transplant takes place, but I'll throw up some happy snaps next week when I get back, and a video if I get the note from it that is expected!!

Fingers crossed that Tank will pull through ok having his heart replaced, and looking very forward to giving it a test out in a couple of weeks time!!

Well, one more sleep and Tank goes under the knife ... bit worried, but he's in capable hands ...

Took some happy snaps of the rear end flex today when dhuck and I moved my camper ... wow was an understatement as I pushed it nearly to the limit (still has more to go, but worried the spring is close to popping!!). Just on the back wall at my joint, but as you can see, it does the trick!!

Enjoy and I'll update once the transplant is complete.
