Look some people just need a manual to help them out of a sticky situation and that's fine, Unfortunately there are many people who just take sh!t and run, not considering other people, and if THEY took the time to do their bit, the world WOULD be a better place.

I moved from another forum to here, because I am fed up with seeing people ask honest questions, then seeing 40 or 50 people view that post, and no bugger has the decency to reply, that's not a community I want to be a part of.

There are actually quite a few options to limit "Hit and Runners" but its really only which option you want to go with.
