dual position cargo barrier - Milford??

    Hey all you clever folks

We're looking to get a cargo barrier for the GQ Patrol (7 seater).
It seems to dual position one would be most useful, as sometimes there will be just be 2 of us (and fill up the back space), but other times we'll have more people.

So are there any other options besides the Milford one?
I looked around on a few forums and it seems they aren't the simplest to install.

I have seen from ARB it is $766 installed - is this a good price, or is there anywhere else I should be looking?

    All advice gratefully received!

Try your local papers, try wrecking yards to see if you can come up with one. You can then perhaps pay someone to fit it, should be much cheaper than $800.......bugger that.

You can buy removable, adjustable barriers. They were specify designed for pets and the barrier only covers from the top of the seat. I am getting one of these for myself. They have two adjustable rods with suction cup shaped rubbers on each end and adjustable width. If I forget please feel free to message me in a couple of weeks and I will take pics and put them up.

Had one like ablast has written about . It was for my girlfriends car at the time. fifeteen years ago now , they were good and made of thin alloy
tubing . they were cheap too from memory . Sorry but cannot say I have seen them in any auto / retail stores lately . Goodluck .
The price of excellence is dicipline , the cost of mediocrity is dissapointment .

I just piCked one up from hall towbars in SA, only $514. Dunno what they charge for fitting, I am fitting it myself, it's not to hard. Am taking some photos and plan on putting up a guide.
