un eventfull went out to repair some carpet took me 30mins to drive to the job 15mins to fix the carpet 2hours to fix his computer 3hours to drink 6 beers 2 cups of coffee and 30 mins to get home so yeah pretty cruisy hahahaha

I have to be careful of it - I have a bucket handle cartiledge tear and not meant to kneel down on it and I did and it locked!!
Orginally I did it renovating the bathroom!! Have had 3 knee operations and need another. Eventually I will require a knee replacement

Bugger thats not good my mother has had 3 knee replacements and just had the ligaments in her shoulder reattached last week
