I have a good supplier !!

I received the 'official' email today, that my job has been upgraded from 'semi-permanent' to permanent..
basically means nothings changed except that I am now entitled to long service.. 15 yrs, I've been working for this...
and my job is safe for the next 5 yrs...
So, now all I gotta do is implement my 5yr plan.. ( when I make one)
