Wow thats a long stretch ......... I did 12hr nights for years & im still a night owl because of it.....lol

Yeah, same.. always been in hospitality, so, always late nights.. has taken a lot of years to almost break the habit.. Go to bed 8-9pm some nights, but still lay there till 2.

yep know that feeling ive been off nights for 8 years and im still up most nights 2 - 3 am .......1am is aan early night for me

Yeah, but it's got to catch up with you eventually ??? Average 5-7 hours sleep a night ? It's not really enough, is it ?

na i get 3 to 4 hours during the week and a solid 12 on weekends
