Thank you GUtsy ute, It has been a long hard haul, and a fair whack of cash mind you. But I built this myself so I new what went into it. I'm one of these that just hates getting told one thing and finding out another!
I will keep the pics coming as I continue to finish the engine part off and then get onto doing the Intercooler fit up, installing the heat exchanger etc.

    Cheers David

Well done mate, you definately earned that drink. Is Matt sending you a complete exhaust manifold or just an adaptor?

Update, Have had a few hiccups last 2 days. first one totally a stuff up from me; I was cutting off some brackets ready for heat exchanger and grinder bit in and pulled it into Air Condition condenser! :-( So got another coming tomorrow. That gas stinks btw.

The other was trying to remove the old Turbo manifold adaptor and replace it with one of Matt McInnes lil sweetie. Had massive problems removing stripped out headed button top Unbrako screws.

    The old one removal

All off and in the bin

So tomorrow I hope to finish off the engine side and start on the Heat exchanger mountings if they arrive early enough.

Today consisted of a bit of driving around getting a few bits and pieces. You don't realise how much extra stuff you need until you start doing it.

Didn't quite get to where I wanted to but manged to get this completed.
Fitted Starter Motor and connected wiring.
Run and connected the wiring to all the mating connections, alternator, Air cond, etc
    fitted new Glow Plugs.
Removed old Airbox (ZD30 Styled lid and base) make way for a donaldson 7" beauty.
Fitted all new Belts, Alt, Power steer, Air con.
Install Matt McInnes Adaptor flange. Very neat piece of craftsmanship.
Fitting the gasket then the cam lock studs

Flange fitted with camlock pins in place
