i used to suffer from carpal tunnel and that used to keep me up all night drove me absolutly insane the aching of both my arm was so unbearable and the only thing you can do is to get up the pain will goaway after bout 15 mins but as soon as you relax again and go to sleep it will come back agin and the pins and needles in my hands drove me insane as well i would go 5 or 6 nights with maybe 1 or 2 hours sleep then the body would just shut down and i would sleep for bout 6 hours and it was back again

hahaha sorta know that feeling mate
iv`e just taken a hand full of flamming pills again and am waitin for them to kick in ....then sleep i hope
