Its said in many dietary studies that you should include "HEALTHY" snacks into your daily dietary plan as this has been proven to increase metabolic activity. (which means you burn more fat).
But the key word here being "HEALTHY" & it is possible. You can buy or even make up some of your own really yummy healthy snacks to keep in the cupboard or fridge to nibble on & its really good for you.....
The trick here is to have them on hand as it will stop you being temped to go for the not so healthy option.....
