Seems my silver top is on the way out so dragged out the other blacktop I had. Owner stated was brand new and did around 400kms then cooked and died due to not replacing the radiator. I'd say the evidence of a turbo on NA pump wouldn't have helped either. Anyway I've bored the liners out to find in 4 bores the little sideways cracks where the Coolant passages are. Parent bore is also out of round by .04mm. Now I got the machinery at home hence the question has anyone had a block with these cracks resleeved oversize successfully? The machine shop I use for stuff I can't do days yes but I need this thing to go do half a million kms before I ever have it out again
