Just wondering if someone with a GU TB45 engine could check whether they have a sensor fitted to the driver’s side bottom radiator tank, and if this sensor is connected to the main wiring loom.

I had the original radiator replaced several years ago by a local shop, and only recently when replacing the bottom radiator hose, noticed the replacement radiator had a sensor fitted to the driver’s side of the bottom tank with a short length of wiring ending in the female half of a connector, with no wiring in the vicinity to connect to. Could be a fitment for another model? Many thanks,
