My mate has just given me his old 1996 Patrol GQ 4.2 Petrol/LPG Ti as I don't have a car.
It needs some work and I have very limited $$$ and no idea about these cars or where to start.
I've been looking around this forum and I'm sure that I'll find some answers and fixes as you seem to have loads of members with detailed knowledge, that they are happy to share and help.
I'd like to download a workshop manual to get me started. Who knows, eventually I maybe able to help too.
