Was a smoker for 33 years,said to myself when i turn 50 i would stop smoking....went to my doctor and i went on the champax tretment....made me feel like crap..held on thru the program.
have not had a smoke for a year now and feel great....
I did love a big fat havana cigar at times with a glass of red or two.but i know one thing leads to etc etc.
Funny thing the smell of a burning smoke is ok but the smell from a smoker is sh1t.
